This piece was originally premiered on Good Friday at a musical meditation service as the postlude. A companion work, an arrangement of Carlotta Ferrari’s Toccata on Crux Fidilis, for the same instrumentation can be found on IMSLP. Please note that the performance in the recording is not score perfect. This is a result of premiering a work.
